Late-Breaking Abstracts at AES 2023

As the nation’s largest educational and scientific event for epilepsy professionals, the AES Annual Meeting is an ideal venue for clinicians and scientists to present research results to a global audience.

Authors will have the opportunity to present their research live in Orlando and upload an ePoster to the virtual poster gallery for attendees to view for up to 90 days after the meeting.

Abstract submission for AES 2023 is closed.

What is a late-breaking abstract?

The late-breaking submission window is designed to allow submissions of new, engaging, or exciting data that was not available earlier this year during the initial abstract submission window. Selection of late-breaking abstracts is based on scientific merit, timeliness, and anticipated interest to AES 2023 attendees. Late-breaking submitters are required to upload a letter with their submission explaining why the abstract should be considered.
