Hotels and Reservations

The hotels available in the official AES housing block are the closest and most convenient hotels with the lowest rates! These hotels are all located on the Orange County Convention Center campus and are connected to the convention center by skybridges. AES housing blocks are anticipated to sell out--register and secure your accommodations as soon as possible to guarantee your room in one of these on-campus hotels!

    Hotel availability fluctuates leading up to the hotel reservation deadline of Thursday, November 10. If your preferred hotel is not available when you register, please choose an alternate hotel. Additional rooms may become available in late September through mid-October as meeting attendees finalize plans and modify their accommodations. Check back at a later date, and if your preferred hotel becomes available, you may modify your reservations.

    Getting to Orlando, AES 2023

    Reservations

    To get the rates above, reservations must be made through the official AES housing provider, Maritz Global Events. AES hotel blocks and rates will be available when registration opens and for your convenience, may be booked during the registration process.

    Hotel Reservation Deadline: Changes and requests for new reservations may be made through Maritz Global Events until 12:00 PM (noon) PT on Friday, November 17, 2023.

    A one-night, non-refundable deposit of the room rate plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file on or after Tuesday, November 21, 2023. No changes to hotel reservations may be made between Tuesday, November 21 and Thursday, November 23, 2023. Beginning Friday, November 24, changes may be made by contacting the hotel directly.
