This Website is owned and provided by American Epilepsy Society (AES) and is provided for your personal information, and education. “Website” as used in these Terms of Use includes, without limitation, AESnet.org and any others released by the AES from time to time as well as our pages and applications on third-party social-networking services such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter and our applications on mobile devices. Your use of this Website is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Website or any services offered by this Website.

These Terms of Use will take effect at the time you begin using the AES website. If you violate any of these Terms of Use, your permission to use the website automatically terminates. Personal Login Information. Certain features and areas of the AES Websites are available only with registration, login and/or a paid subscription. Severability

Find A Doctor Special Notice

The “Find a Doctor” database is produced by AES as reference of professional information on individual providers.  They are intended to provide the public with quick access to information on professionals who are members of the Society.  Neither this database, nor any of the data, listing, or other constituent elements may be downloaded, republished or duplicated, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes, for purposes of compiling mailing lists or any other lists of professionals, or for any other purposes without the prior express written permission of AES.

Although AES makes reasonable efforts to keep the information in its Find A Doctor database accurate, AES does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information in this database, or in any way endorse the individuals included therein.  The above warranty is the only warranty of any kind, either express or implied

Use of AES Websites and AES Content outside of the United States. The AES makes no claims regarding access or use of the AES Websites or the AES Content outside of the United States. If you use or access the AES Websites or the AES Content outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction as well as these Terms of Use.
